Pan-Straits is the name and brand under which the members of Pan-Straits E&P, LLC (Pan-Straits Legal, LLP, Pan-Straits Operating, LLC and Pan-Straits Services, LLC), and certain entities under common ownership with such members, operate as separate legal entities (collectively, “Pan-Straits entities”). The use of the name Pan-Straits, and references to the autonomous but affiliated Pan-Straits entities collectively as a group, are for description purposes only and do not imply that the entities are in partnership together, nor that one Pan-Straits entity accepts responsibility for the acts or omissions of another. A Pan-Straits entity’s obligation to perform an engagement or other contract with a client or other contracting party is defined in the written agreement between the parties. Pan-Straits E&P, LLC helps coordinate certain activities of its members, but does not itself provide legal or other services to clients. Among the separate Pan-Straits entities, only the law firm of Pan-Straits Legal, LLP provides legal services to its clients in particular jurisdictions.
